This course develops practical knowledge of project management principles in preparation for the CAPM exam. Learn key concepts, processes, and applied practice.

  1. Project management foundations: understand the purpose of project management, the role of the project manager, and core concepts for project work.
  2. PMI framework: understand the process groups, knowledge areas, and key formulas.
  3. Agile foundations: learn agile principles, frameworks, and sprint-based practice.
  4. CAPM exam preparation: prepare for the CAPM exam with practice questions, formula reinforcement, and test-taking strategies.
